MAS Un Limited (The Company) warrants the Simply Dump It (SDI) handles for household
use for the period of one year (365 days) from original purchase against
defects in material and workmanship. Defective product will be replaced (exchange only)
upon submission of proof of purchase and when Simply Dump It handles are sent pre-paid
to the return address (shown below). This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, AND WILL DETERMINE IF THERE HAS BEEN, IMPROPER
USE OR INSTALLATION, NORMAL WEAR, ACTS OF NATURE, ABUSE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR,
INSTALLATION MODIFICATIONS OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. SUPERVISION OF A MINOR AND THE PROPER
HANDLING OF THE SDI IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
